Position is Part-Time (8 hours Per Week)
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
The Dentist is responsible for professional dental care for inmates.
Performs routine dental treatment including examining teeth and gums for cavities, infections and diseases; takes necessary x-rays; performs fillings and extractions as warranted.
Diagnoses and develops treatment plans for inmates.
Develops, coordinates and supervises the facility dental program to include advising and instructing inmates in the cause and prevention of dental disease.
Must have an active Tennessee license with DEA and BLS
Compensation: $65.00 - $100.00/yr

About the Facility:
Hardeman County Correctional Facility located in Whiteville, TN. Whiteville is approximately 60 miles east of Memphis, TN and 35 miles west of Jackson, TN.
The facility has a 24-hour nursing staff with mental health, medical, and dental provider coverage during the day.
